Before you move-in you will be charged an administration fee of £342.00 inc vat for a maximum of 2 adults (and if required a further £108.00 inc VAT per guarantor). References include identity, immigration, visa, financial, personal, employment and former landlord checks. The checks will not be conducted without this payment. You will also be asked to sign the initial Tenant Offer/Application Form which confirms the property details, rent and dates due, your personal details and payments required. On your move-in day you will need to provide a deposit of one and a half months rent plus the first month’s rent in advance in cash unless otherwise paid in advance via bank transfer. All fees are non-refundable unless the landlord withdraws the property. Saturday/Sunday completions are not normally conducted unless cleared funds are with the agent and an appointment is arranged at least 14 days in advance.
