Administration Fees: If you wish to apply for a tenancy on one of our properties, we will require an administration fee of £360 inclusive of VAT for the first tenant and £60 inclusive of VAT for each further tenant or guarantor. The fee is a one off fee which includes credit checking, referencing and all paperwork in relation to setting up the new tenancy. A deposit will also be payable in addition to the rental payment. If a pet has been agreed to be kept at the property there will be a pet deposit due of between £150 - £200 per pet. The administration fee will not be refundable in the event that the prospective tenant fails to satisfy our referencing checks or withdraws their application.
