Fishponds Road High Street with lots of independent cafes, pubs, shops and supermarkets is up the hill opposite and there is a large Sainsburys and lots of retail shops near the mod a short car journey away. There are also small shops locally which are well stocked. A petrol station and pub are two minutes down the road.

There are two very good Dr’s surgeries in Fishponds.
