It's also 5 mins from the Bristol-Bath cycle path.

There's one other room available in the property that is slightly cheaper at 500. The landlady is happy for anyone interested to view both and pick a room. Until July you will share with the live in landlady and her two boys (13 and 10) and 1 other lodger. In July the landlady and her boys will move out and the other rooms will be rented out to fellow professionals.
