In certain circumstances, we may require a Guarantor fee of £60 inclusive of VAT per guarantor.
The tenant(S) will pay no further standard charges to richard kendall estate agent during the term of the tenancy, including the renewal of the fixed term tenancy (subject to the landlord's approval), where applicable.
