We are pleased to be able to offer a good size room for rent in a shared house in Maesteg. The house was renovated throughout earlier this year so it's clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are 4 rooms in total and each room has use of the shower room, separate WC, kitchen, lounge area and rear courtyard. The kitchen has a breakfast bar area for dining and there is a washing machine available for tenants.

The available room has a single bed, fridge with unit over, a wall mounted carpet and a chest of drawers. The room can accommodate a double bed but this is not provided. There is an aerial socket in each room too.

Bills and WiFi are included in the specified price per week.

Externally there is an elevated rear courtyard with a washing line for tenants to use and to the front there is parking available on the road.
