Hello - thank you for looking at this spacious house in Llandudno (one of the largest terraced houses we have been asked to let in nearly thirty years). My name is Alex Clarke. Please let me tell you all about it and if you want to see it just give me a call or send an email.

Clifton Road is a one way road linking Lloyd Street with Gloddaeth Avenue so it is just off the town centre and within walking distance of the many excellent shops on Mostyn Street and Madoc Street. Living and working in the town centre could mean that you don't need a car but if you do parking is on the road only. The house has a front patio that was quite sunny on the day I visited. Neighbours have put benches in the front of their houses.

Going in through the front door you are in the Hall, with the stairs directly in front of you and two doors off to the right, the first of which takes you into the front Living Room. The house has gas central; heating and the Living Room has a living flames gas fire with a large mirror above the mantelshelf. A new brown carpet has recently been fitted.

The second door on your right takes you into the Kitchen. It has a wide range of floor and wall cupboards and extensive worktop -a real cook's kitchen. A dishwasher is built in and a large "American" style fridge freezer with an instant ice maker is in the corner. There is a large cooker with two ovens, grill, and extra wide gas hob. The kitchen is big enough to accommodate a table and chairs.

Out of the kitchen you enter an empty room that could be used for dining or a play room or a store room and this leads into a good sized utility room (with plumbing for a washing machine). A door takes you into the back yard (where there is space to sit out).

Back to the Hall now and up the stairs to the first floor. At the top the large family bathroom is directly in front of you. It has a free standing bath, basin, toilet and walk in corner shower.

Along the Landing find two doors - the first, on your left, takes you into the back bedroom and the second takes you into the delightful front bedroom, both of which are large and have wood effect laminate flooring. The front bedroom was bathed in sun on the day I visited.

The second flight of stairs takes you up to the second floor. The second bathroom is directly in front of you and has a bath with a shower mixed tap unit attached, and of course a toilet and washbasin. There are three bedrooms on this floor (one at the back and two at the front).

From the second floor landing there is another staircase taking you upto the loft space with two storage rooms.

This is an unusual opportunity to rent such a large house in Llandudno centre.
