I stay a short distance away, and I am not an agent, so you won't have any problem getting messages regarding any issue through multiple people. Reporting issues in the house is very easy on our website or House WhatsApp group, and we are always very quick to fix issues.

The rent is £80 per week (£345 per month) and £100 deposit payable up front. If you have a pet the damage deposit is £200 instead of £100. If you are a couple, the rent is £510 but some of the rooms are enormous, so you can have a large room. There is also a spare wardrobe you can use if you need it. There are no other fees at all, so you will never be asked to pay anything else in addition.
