Which means I am are just a stone's throw away from local shops, local pubs, restaurants and takeaways, cafes and more. In fact, The Crown Hotel on the corner has a gym, pool, spa bath, sauna and steam room as well, so there really is everything you need. Then, as you head out of town towards the A1 (Wetherby Road) there is a large Morrisons and petrol station (only a 3 minute drive or 10/15 minute walk). It is only 3/4 minutes to the A1(M) as well.

If you have a little one (or thinking your next property might need to consider a future little one) then I am in a great location for schools. I am a 5 minute walk from Boroughbridge Primary School, a 4 minute drive to Kirby Hill Primary School which has an outstanding ofsted report and then only a 10 minute walk or 2/3 minute drive to Boroughbridge High School.

Finally, Boroughbridge is approximately 30 minutes from York City Centre, 25 mins from Harrogate, 10/12 minutes from Ripon, 40 minutes from Leeds City Centre, 20 mins from Thirsk and 25 mins from Northallerton. Therefore, I am in a really fantastic location for commuting to several places for work with a huge range of options for days out.
