We have renovated the property over the years, including adding a conservatory, gas central heating, a driveway and a large bathroom. The property is perfect for commuting with either the Tram Link and Morden Underground station a short walk away. Poulters & Ravensbury Park are on the doorstep with lovely walks along the River Wandle. The home is surprisingly spacious and we have had many fun days / years in the property celebrating birthdays, anniversaries or just the sunny weather in the garden. Unfortunately we have finally outgrown the property but we're sure that the new owners will have many happy years in the property.
