Tenancy Information

Unpaid Rent: Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate in interest on the late payment of rent from the date the rent payment is missed. (Failure to make rent payment in full before the end of the period of 14 days beginning with the date (the rent due date) which the rent payment is required in the tenancy agreement).
Early Termination at the request of the tenant: If the tenant wishes to terminate their contract early, the tenant shall be liable to pay the landlord(s) costs in re letting the property, including the rent due under the tenancy until a replacement tenancy has begun.
