From the centre of Wells proceed along the relief road following signs for The Horringtons (B3139) via St Thomas Street. Pass the Budgens petrol station on the right and take the next turning left into Hawkers Lane. Follow this road to the very top and then bear to the left into Drake Road where the property can be found on the left hand side.
