We have loved living in our home and we will be very sad to move on, however due to personal circumstances the time has come. We have always really liked the location and our neighbours are lovely. We have made the property as comfortable as possible to live in. We have had a 'Hive' smart meter installed. The loft is fully boarded with lighting and a loft hatch ladder as well. Our boiler is only 4 years old and is regularly tested. It is a real bonus having ample parking and the road is quiet and peaceful.
