We have lived here for 7 years and loved every minute, having very many happy memories here. As a family we fell in love with this house the first time we saw it and knew it was perfect for us. We wanted somewhere quiet, in a good location and convenient for the children to have some independence. The centre of Solihull is just a 10 minute walk, it has a good bus network and the station is very convenient for commuting to London or Birmingham.
The house is of the late Victorian period and has been modernised and extended over the years but by consciously trying to retain some of the original features and character. The garden at the rear of the property is private, enjoys a southwesterly aspect, and so great for bbq's and entertaining. It is an idea house for any family who wants to live in Solihull.
