I bought this home after looking at many others but chose this because of its superb location and its wonderful views over Hornchurch Country Park. I particularly liked the fact that it's in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac, but also close to great amenities such as the close by Tesco Superstore and there is a bus route closeby, along with Hornchurch & Elm Park stations as well.

Since owning the home I have installed a new gas central heating boiler and radiators, a new front door and replaced the double glazed windows and installed two new double doors from the lounge into the garden. I have also refitted completely the bathroom, which I am particularly pleased with.
