Property description


Back in 2013 we were living locally near the town but were keen to buy instead of continuing to rent. We knew we wanted to stay local as we wanted to be near to the station so that we could commute to London. When we first saw this it needed a fair amount of work but we were really impressed with the living space downstairs, the extension made a huge difference and almost doubled the ground floor. We also liked the fact that there were a number of outbuildings which were great for storage.

Over the last 5 years we've managed to do quite a lot of work with the biggest changes being the bathroom and the kitchen/diner. The units and worksurface we had installed are all solid wood and we're really pleased with the finish with both rooms.

Obviously we're near to the town as well as the station but it's also handy being near to junction 9 of the M20 and there are several schools nearby as well.
