It was our dream home, a bungalow out of the way on a nice size plot. We have had to work on the bungalow through, we have strengthened the loft, insulated the place, put in a new boiler, done all the plumbing and electrics as well as changing the oil tank, cesspit (6000 litres), changed some of the double glazing, amongst other things.
The shed also has electric and light and the 3 summer houses all have electric and heating which run off their own boiler. One of the summer houses has a swimming pool, one is a bar and games room and the other is currently a guest bedroom. There is an outside toilet which is very handy for the bar and swimming pool.
