The park enjoys the full protection of the Mobile Homes Act 2013. This affords the residents rights to sell to anyone they choose as long as they subscribe to the rules of the park. The security of tenure that the act brings with it gives peace of mind for all of the occupiers. A residents Association has been set up on the park and provides a conduit for the residents and the park owner to communicate and make decisions on the operation of the park. Pitch fees vary according to the size of the unit. In addition to the pitch fee there is a sub metered amount charged for water. Electricity is direct from the utility supplier of the occupiers choice and is not sub metered from the park. Gas is bottled and for ease bottles can be bought through the reception office. Broadband telephone, Sky, and terrestrial TV are all available and permitted. Pets are welcome on site as long as they do not cause a nuisance to other occupiers on the park. Up to 2 cats and up to 2 dogs. Buyers must be aged 50 or over.
