What the Owner says:
I have lived here for approximately ten years and I grew up locally and knew that this was a friendly and safe neighbourhood. For me Woodford is close enough where I work but it gives me an opportunity to enjoy the green open spaces and peace that Essex brings. I viewed many properties at the time but this was by far the best version of a ground floor flat I could find. There is enough space for when I have friends around for dinner, and after work during the week it provides a calm and relaxing space to wind down and enjoy my evening. I really like having direct access to my own garden. I wanted a bathroom with a walk-in shower cubicle and a window which were essential points for me in a home.
