I have lived in this maisonette since 2005 and its been a great place to live. I have never had any problems with the neighbours and the area is surprisingly quiet and peaceful.

There has always been plenty of space for all of my family to come and stay, it really has been a very happy home.

There are also good transport links through the estate which is great for anyone working in Croydon, or for travel to London you can catch a train from Waddon or Wallington. I will really miss the area but am ready for a change.
