The location is fantastic and very convenient for travelling around. It is a very easy walk from Newbury Park station and bus links close by are easy to go either into Romford or Ilford station, which gives you a huge choice of shops and restaurants.
The current bedroom looks out over the rear garden and this maisonette used to be set out as two bedrooms and could easily be pulled back if more room is needed (stpp).
