We bought this property together 14 years ago as a first time purchase and we instantly knew it was the perfect home to get us onto the property ladder.
14 years later we are still here and with two young children it has proven to be an ideal family home. The garden in particular has been amazing as it is such a large open space to spend time with the kids.
One of us used to regularly commute to London and the walk to Ockley station took less than 10 minutes as it is only 0.6 miles away by foot. Having Scott-Broadwood school/nursery just a few minutes away has been a blessing with both of our children attending.
We are sorry to leave and hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
