The Afan Valley Adventure Resort will span 485 acres pf spectacular countryside within the Afan Valley (which is midway between Swansea and Cardiff). Transport links to the site would be junction 40 of the M4 (approximately 11km south west via the A4107). The site is set amidst dense woodland areas with stunning elevated views over the valley as well as being adjacent to an award-winning national mountain biking facility.
