The land is for sale as a whole, or in up to seven Lots by Private Treaty.
Consideration would be given by the Vendors to offers for combinations of Lots or variations thereof.
Further information is available from the Vendor's agents. A comprehensive Data Pack is available to prospective purchasers, detailing further information on the historic farming and management, the els and hls Schemes and the underlying Title information.

situation

Farnley Tyas occupies an elevated position on the southern fringe of Huddersfield, in the West Riding of Yorkshire. The area is characterised by the rolling rural countryside and urban development around the towns and villages of Honley, Fenay Bridge and Huddersfield itself. Set between the Peak District National Park and the M62 motorway, the area is well connected, yet retains a close affinity with the surrounding countryside. Nearby, Brockholes and Honley benefit from train stations that link to Huddersfield to the north and Barnsley to the southeast; the M62 motorway is accessed at Outlane, some eight miles to the north and provides wider connections to the major cities of Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool, with the M1 South accessed at Dodworth miles away.
