Terms of Sale
The land is available as a whole or as two individual plots. If the land is sold as two individual plots, the vendor will be responsible for forming the access from the highway up to a point to be agreed and subject to specifications of that access being agreed.

The new boundary between the vendor’s retained property and the land to be sold will be the responsibility of the purchaser prior to any development commencing and the final details of the boundary are to be agreed, but it is proposed to be a concrete post and panel boarded fence to specifications agreed.
