Variation of a condition to incorporate modifications to the scheme was approved ref pk/1767/rvc. A S.106 legal agreement provides for two affordable rental units and the construction of an extended layby adjacent to the site. A S38 Agreement has been drafted and a S104 Agreement has been signed. No cil payment.
