The boat has beautiful oak cladding throughout, which is reclaimed from St. Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster with Victorian strip flooring. The kitchen has reclaimed oak worktops with original brass fittings, The living area has a sofa, mounted LED television and a brand new 4KW wood burner which was installed in 2017. The bathroom features handmade Moroccan tiles, encaustic cement tiled floor, bespoke made-to-measure shower with a remote controlled waste water pump and a towel radiator. The bedroom comes complete with a king size bed and memory foam mattress with a hydraulic storage bed that lifts up to provide ample storage space. Other storage is provided by the 1920s haberdashery unit that has also been fitted to the shape of the boat.

Poplar Dock Marina has a day and night-watchman service and offers internet and residents’ parking (at extra cost), and is only minutes from Canary Wharf Jubilee line, DLR and soon to be Crossrail. Blackwall DLR is just a quarter of a mile away, as are the restaurants and cafés of Canary Wharf. The marina benefits from a strong community spirit, plus facilities including showers and laundry.
