The land lies within the Peak District National Park and is on the outskirts of the hamlet of Wheston only a short distance outside of Tideswell. The land lies over limestone and is situated in a rural location with attractive views.
From the centre of Tideswell turn off the B6049 on to High Street (Signposted Wheston). Pass through the Market Square and after approximately 200 yards on Manchester Road turn left on to Wheston Bank, signposted Wheston. Remain on this road until shortly before entering the hamlet of Wheston. The land is on the left as indicated by our For Sale board.
The two pasture fields lie over limestone and are accessed from the highway being suitable for mowing or grazing and bound by dry stone walls. The land does not have the benefit of mains water.

The successful purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price upon the fall of the hammer. The signing of the Contract of Sale and 10% deposit is legally binding on both parties and completion will occur within 28 days thereafter, unless stated otherwise at the auction.
