Birkenhead is a town within the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral in Merseyside, England. Once you have viewed the property you need to complete an application form. These are available online () or from our office. Each tenant over the age of 18 is required to complete an application.
Return your application with a credit search fee of £54.00. (per applicant) (Non Refundable) This fee includes all searches on relevant guarantors. We require two forms if id & references per applicant.
If you have a successful application to move into the property you will require one month's rent in advance and the equivalent to 1 month's rent as deposit. A further administration charge of £108.00 is required once you have secured the property.
A Guarantor is mandatory. The Guarantor must be a home owner. We use the Land Registry database to check all guarantors. Guarantors must also sign the tenancy on our premises with a witness (Bakewell & Horner) providing photographic id in both cases.
To speed up the process email addresses of all referees & guarantors should be give to Bakewell & Horner upon submitting an application.
