On the day the Tenancy commences the Tenant(s) will pay Richard Kendall £185 including VAT. The tenant(S) will pay no further standard charges to richard kendall estate agent during the term of the tenancy, including the renewal of the fixed term tenancy (subject to the landlord's approval), where applicable.
