Please note that the price at displayed (excl. VAT) varies from the final monthly price (incl. VAT) you pay. This is due to a 20% VAT rate applicable to the first 28 nights of your stay, dropping to 4% for all subsequent nights.

In order to account for the VAT drop, a discount applies for all bookings over 1 month.

The Faculty Apartments are located in London Road, less than a minute from The Royal Berkshire Hospital and 5 minutes from the Oracle. The train station is about 8 minutes walk.
The Oracle offers a wide choice of restaurants and bars, shopping centre and cinema complex. There is a Tesco metro supermarket just around the corner.
