Situated on Noel Street near the Forest Recreation Ground, the flat is located just 50 yards away from the Noel Street tram stop meaning that the Nottingham Trent City Campus is only 4 minutes away. Alternatively, the walk to university would take 15 minutes.

The rent for the flat is £109 per person per week but there is also an option not to include an annual student tram pass in the rent for £105 per person per week (tram pass worth £230).
