There are lots of lovely local restaurants and pubs within walking distance and also in Parsons Green (15 minute walk). Eelbrook Common is a great spot in the summer, but the Thames and Bishops Park are also only a 15-20minute stroll down the road.
Fulham Broadway (besides restaurants a big Boots, large Sainsbury's) has a Vue cinema, a David Llloyds Gym, there's a Virgin Active in walking distance, and the Dance Attic with various classes is just around the corner.
Epirus Road is incredibly well connected whilst being a quiet side street to North End Road:
