My flatmate is moving back to Spain at the end of the month and we're looking fot someone nice and responsible to take her room.

The flat has a 189/139 (Piccadilly - Brent Cross) stop just outside the building and it is only 3-5 minutes walk to the 31 (Camden town - White city). 10 minutes to South Hampstead and Kilburn High Road overground, 15 minutes walk to Kilburn Park (Bakerloo) and 15-50 to Swiss Cottage and St John's Wood (Jubilee).

10 minutes walk to Tesco Express, 10 minutes walk to Kilburn High Road amenities and 15-20 minutes to O2 centre in Finchley Road (Big Sainsburys, vue cinema and restaurants).

Bedroom: It's a well-sized and spacious double bedroom, with lots of storage space, consistent of two wardrobes and a big set of drawers. It also comes with a good size desk and an office chair. The price includes WiFi, heating, water and council tax. Gas and electricity are pay as you go.

Property: Warm and comfortable 3-bedroom flat (living-room has been turned into a bedroom). Kitchen is well sized and has table for three people to eat comfortable, and all the appliances (oven, microwave, freezer and two fridges - one of them will be almost exclusive for the new tenant's use). Nice bathroom and a small balcony.

Current tenants are very nice and open, with an interest in music and travelling. We usually eat and spend time together but respect each other's privacy.
