We loved this property from the moment we saw it and are sadly moving after living at our Wilmot Street home for almost five years.
Wilmot Street is one of the prettiest in Bethnal Green and we have enjoyed many gatherings on the rooftop terrace on summer days and watched New Years’ eve fireworks with spectacular views almost every year.
The flat is filled with character and charm and we love the curved walls, parquetted floor and interesting shapes and spaces each room has to offer. With two living areas, we have never felt short on space and often gathered around the kitchen while dinner was being prepared.
It’s wonderful eating breakfast overlooking a park and have Weavers Fields just opposite our door. A short wonder can lead you to trendy Shoreditch for a coffee or drink, lively Brick Lane or London Fields and Victoria Park.
