Full CCTV coverage of all communal areas and entrance, emergency night time call out cover, separate storage space and bicycle parking available. The development is very secure as all flats are above ground level with up to 4 locking doors between your room and outside the front entrance.
We also have 4 self contained flats with a double bed, own kitchen and bathroom. These can be rented as a single occupancy or if you
have a partner/married can be rented as a 2 person flat for an additional charge.

Standard rooms are 89.00 per week including all utilities and high speed wireless internet access. Contracts are 48 week duration however we may be able to offer other terms under certain circumstances for single bedrooms in a shared flat.

Short term rents for Liverpool School Of Tropical Medicine students only cost 110.00 /week for 6 weeks or less and 99.00 for 7- 20 weeks, 21 weeks or more are the standard rate of 89.00.

Self contained flats with double beds, lounge, bath/shower, toilet and new kitchens and cooker are 115.00 for single occupancy and 140.00 for students that have partners.
