3.Other charges
a.Loss of keys or any security device, fob. Tenants are liable for the cost and administration of supplying and obtaining any relevant device. An administration cost of £30 (incl. VAT) will be charged by Shepherds for travel, time and administration. This is in addition to the supply of the missing, lost or damaged item.
B.Rent arrears A charge is levied to tenants for late rent. Late rent is applicable from the day after it is due, as it is paid in advance on the rent due date. The charge is levied at 3% above UK base rate and calculated on a daily basis.
4.Surrender and contract alternation costs - A tenancy agreement is a contractually binding agreement between a tenant and a landlord. Should you wish to end' or amend this agreement, once it has been agreed, signed and issued, there will be cost and administration charges for additional work.
Respect of the additional work undertaken in these circumstances by Shepherds, our fee in this matter is £150.00 including VAT, upfront before any work commences.
