The property is brightly decorated, with lots of colourful features and personal touches throughout. It overlooks Holyrood Palace and Arthur's Seat on one side and Calton cemetery on the other. There can also be free outdoor parking available on request.

The master bedroom has a double bed while the second bedroom has a single; both rooms have plenty of storage space. There is a family bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower. Basic toiletries will be provided for your stay.

The spacious living room has an electric fireplace, a futon sofa and a large sofa which pulls out into a comfortable double sofa-bed. It leads on to the well-equipped kitchen which also has an extendable dining table.
