It is located in a modern building with a beautiful shared court yard at the centre. All the furnishings in the house are new and excellent quality.

The living area has a six seat dining table set, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable leather seating area, from which you can see the beautiful view of Holyrood Park and Arthurs Seat. From here you access our private balcony with amazing views and seating to relax and unwind after a busy day. Just off the kitchen a door leads to the courtyard where you will find a private area of decking with more seating and space for outdoor dining.

The kitchen is well equipped with top of the range crockery and cutlery, crystal glassware and cooking utensils so you can prepare beautiful home cooked meals. So sit down and relax at home after a busy day of sight seeing. There is even a dishwasher so no one has to do the washing up! We also have a washing machine and dryer.

The seating area in the living room focuses around a large 50\" smart TV with comfortable leather sofas that are also generous sized single Sofa Beds.

The Master Bedroom is luxurious with a double bed and plenty of storage for your stay. Hotel quality linen is supplied. Extra woollen blankets are also provided. The room is bright and looks out to the shared courtyard.

Bedroom two has two custom made single solid mahogany beds, both extremely comfortable, with new furniture and plenty of storage for your stay. There are also extra Scottish woollen blankets in the cupboards to keep you cosy.

There is one family sized bathroom in the apartment which is modern and bright, perfect for your stay. The bath has a shower on the top. Hotel quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels are provided for all guests.

There is one free large parking space in the underground car park and a lift from street level.
