There is a spacious modern ensuite bathroom in this bedroom, completed to a high standard, with a shower, sink and toilet. From this part if the balcony you have spectacular views of the River Dee.

The second bedroom is also a double with lots of space, there is an ensuite bathroom with this bedroom too.

The third bedroom has fitted wardrobes, a desk and twin beds are in this bedroom. There is a main family bathroom just opposite this bedroom.

The living space offers a well-designed open plan layout, with living, dining and kitchen area seamlessly combined to create optimal use of space and light. From the balcony outside the lounge you have view of Chester Racecourse.
