References include, identity, immigration, visa, financial, and personal, employment and former landlord, the checks will not be conducted without this payment. You will also be asked to sign the initial Tenant Offer/application Form which confirms the properties services, rent and dates due, your personal details and payments required. On your move-in day you will need to provide a deposit of one and a half months rent plus the first months rent in advance in cash unless otherwise paid in advance via bank transfer. There are no check-in fees or payment to register the deposit with The Deposit Protection Scheme. All fees are non-refundable unless the landlord withdraws the property.
