The space The flat is at the basement to our house. You have soul use of the flat. We ask that you respect that this is a residential area and that the flat is not used for partying. Maximum of three guests to use the flat at any one time.

There is residence parking on our road or pay and display in surrounding roads. Parking is free on a Sunday.

Guest access The flat is self contained and has its own entrance. This is accessed from the basement via the steps to the right of the front door. There is a key safe.

Interaction with guests We are a busy household but I am available when needed and always a heart beat away from my phone!

Other things to note RoseMarinos is a world renowned Bistro at the top of our street and offers the award winning breakfasts. The Mint Room is opposite and has fantastic curry. Or if you prefer a more traditional pub then the Landsdown can cater for you which is again just at the top of our road.
