The apartment is fully furnished with furniture that I actually wanted (rather than cheap rental furniture) including a leather L shape sofa, a retractable dining table and chairs, a washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen utensils.

After over a decade of living in England's 'Second City' with fond memories and great times I have moved on and am looking for a professional couple or two professionals who will respect and look after my home yet enjoy the beautiful building and fantastic location.

The current tenants will vacate the property on January 19th so I am looking for someone on that timeline. I am happy to answer any questions via e-mail and can arrange viewings (most likely conducted by the current tenants or an old friend/neighbour of mine). Looking to deal direct so as to eliminate extortionate fees (credit check, inventory, contract etc.) charged by some agencies.

I would have no issues with non-drivers renting out the parking space privately. A 6 month tenancy is an option however this would be at £1200 per month to cover additional costs.
