Scholars Gate is a selection of unique apartments in a beautiful converted Victorian school located next to The Mailbox on Severn Street less than 5 minutes walk to New Street/Grand Central Station. It is the perfect location for city workers or commuters alike with shops, restaurants, bars and a cinema all on your door step. There is a rare and lovely community of residents who are sociable and run occasional (optional!) events such as a Summer bbq and Fireworks night.

The apartment has 2 Double rooms both with custom fitted furniture including floor to ceiling wardrobes which really maximise space. There is an upstairs bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet as well as a WC downstairs.

The apartment is fully furnished with furniture that I actually wanted (rather than cheap rental furniture) including a leather L shape sofa, a retractable dining table and chairs, a washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen utensils.

After over a decade of living in England's 'Second City' with fond memories and great times I have moved on and am looking for a professional couple or two professionals who will respect and look after my home yet enjoy the beautiful building and fantastic location.

The current tenants will vacate the property on January 19th so I am looking for someone on that timeline. I am happy to answer any questions via e-mail and can arrange viewings (most likely conducted by the current tenants or an old friend/neighbour of mine). Looking to deal direct so as to eliminate extortionate fees (credit check, inventory, contract etc.) charged by some agencies.

I would have no issues with non-drivers renting out the parking space privately. A 6 month tenancy is an option however this would be at £1200 per month to cover additional costs.
