What's Next?

Having seen a property that you want to rent, you will need to speak to the lettings team and discuss the rent offered. At this time, you will be provided with an application form(s) and requested to complete and return them so that we can fully start the process. Once we receive the application forms, you will also be asked for a "Holding Deposit" and "Administration Fees" and these are expected to be paid at the beginning of the process.
