Being on the ground floor, it should suit just about everyone.
You can open the door in the lounge and walk out on to a private patio. Not only that but the view from the patio is of the private grounds, which someone else takes care of.There is no-one overlooking the apartment or the grounds when you are sitting on the patio. Having spent a lot of time travelling, this apartment has been idea for us to lock up and can even leave the car in the garage when we go away.
The outside space has made real difference, as it gives us breathing room to throw open a door but takes no time to look after.
Then, when you consider we look over some lovely grounds, which someone else look after, we really have the best of both worlds.
