I bought this property as it was absolutely ideal for commuting. With the station just a short stroll from here, the commute into the city was always effortless. I also liked the fact that the property had its own entrance away from the others, as it made it feel incredibly private and also meant I didn't have to go through any communal front door. It felt more like a little house and especially with two floors it stood out against all others that I viewed. Since living here I have replaced the bathroom, all carpets and redecorated. I also upgraded the electrics in 2015 which I have the certificate for. I am renewing the lease for the new owners to 999 years. I have loved every minute of living in this property and it's only because I have a family now that I am moving up the ladder.
