First impressions...
First impressions of this apartment and the development in which it is built are excellent. The block it self is well positioned with views out to the communal gardens. There is a good amount of parking as well as secure access to the building itself.
Entrance Hall
The communal entrance hall is neat and tidy with individual postal boxes. When entering the apartment it self you will be lead directly in to the entrance hall. From here you can access all the living spaces and bedrooms separately, there is also space to remove and store outerwear. Much like the rest of the apartment the entrance hall is neutrally decorated.
Kitchen
The kitchen is a reasonable size with plenty of storage as well as space for a bistro style table and chairs. There are wood effect, shaker style units with black laminate worktops. There are also feature wall units with brushed chrome edging which works perfectly with the extractor and integrated oven & gas hob. The walls are partly tiled and there is a window looking out to the communal gardens.
Lounge
The lounge is beautifully bright as there is a Juliette balcony which looks out to the communal gardens. It is neutrally decorated and has space for a sofa, small table and tv unit, the vendors also have two shelving units.
Bedrooms & Bathroom
Both bedrooms are comfortable double rooms. The master bedrooms is a good size with plenty of space for a double bed with side tables and a chest of drawers. There is also the added bonus of built in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. The en-suite is bright and has a shower cubical, hand basin and toilet. The second bedroom also has space for a double bed with side table. It is a neutral bright room with a window looking out to the communal garden. The bathroom has a white suite comprising of bath, toilet and hand basin. It is partly tiled in white with a black mosaic border, there is also a heated towel rail and window to the front.
Location, location, location...
Medhurst Way is a popular development built around 12 years ago which is located in Littlemore. There are local shops and a supermarket within walking distance and there is easy access to the ring road.
