" We have lived in this flat for the last 5 years which has gone by really quickly. We have created such fond memories in this flat and it is sad to be letting it go, but as we are now a growing family, additional space is required. We have enjoyed using the communal garden for small gatherings, we especially enjoyed having the patio doors opened when we had the glorious summer of 2018. Most day to day amenities are only a short walk away. Station- 3mins; Bell Green retail park-10mins; and the beautiful Beckenham Place Park is 15mins walk away with great events/classes. A wild lake currently being built in the Spring providing swimming and boat rides. I am confident whomever lives in this flat will also enjoy the flat and the area as much as we have."
