"We love the character of our property, especially how spacious the rooms are. The split level aspect makes our home feel less like a flat and more like a house and the quirky "upside down" layout means we enjoy a good sleep too as no one is above our bedroom (well we did before our little girl came along!). It has been the ideal first home for us and the four minute walk to Sydenham overground station makes it so easy to commute. There are some lovely parks all within walking distance (Crystal Palace Park, Mayow Park and Sydenham Wells park, Sydenham Woods), which hold various events all throughout the year. Finally, being a short bus ride to East Dulwich and Peckham mean we can easily go to our favourite restaurants and bars, as well as the local places in Crystal Palace, Forest Hill and Sydenham - in particular the Bridgehouse and Greyhound at either ends of our road!
