I have lived in Ian Court for the last twelve years plus and will be genuinely sad to leave. I’ve had a wonderful time living here, lovely friendly and helpful neighbours and a very peaceful place to live. The lovely gardens come alive every spring right through until the end of summer, full of bird life, you can easily forget that you are on the London border of zones two and three. It's a five minute walk to Forest Hill with all its cafes, restaurants and bars. The station's main line takes 17 minutes into London Bridge and 25 minutes into Shoreditch which means living here has given me the best of both worlds, a peaceful home but still being well connected.
